SULFUR

SULFUR GRANULES – SULPHUR LUMPS Sulfur is one of the most important agricultural and industrial raw materials and is considered a strategic product sulfur is an odourless, tasteless and polyvalent nonmetal which is mostly in the form of yellow crystals and is obtained from sulphide and sulphate. Sulphur occurs naturally in the environment and is the thirteenth most abundant element in the earth’s crust. It can be mined in its elemental form, although this method has declined over the last decade to less than 2% of world production. Today most elemental sulphur is obtained as a co-product recovered from oil and gas production in sweetening process. Sulphur is the primary source in the production of sulphuric acid, the world’s most widely used chemical. Sulphuric acid is an essential intermediate in many processes in the chemical and manufacturing industries. Sulphuric acid also is used by the fertilizer industry to manufacture primarily phosphates, nitrogen, potassium, and sulphate fertilizers.

Urea 46%

Urea, also known as carbamide, is an organic compound with chemical formula CO(NH2)2. It is a colorless, odorless solid, highly soluble in water, and practically non-toxic. Dissolved in water, it is neither acidic nor alkaline. introduction and scientific invention of Urea is identified as a life changing event in the history of agriculture. Urea N46% is the world’s most common nitrogen fertilizer and has been used uniformly in all the agricultural lands of the world. Never before this, agriculture had seen such booming heights in production as well as prosperity. Urea is neutral in pH and can adapt to almost all kinds of soils. It is a waste product formed naturally by metabolizing protein in humans as well as other mammals, amphibians and some fish. Urea is widely used in the agricultural sector both as a fertilizer and animal feed additive. Caustic soda

CAUSTIC SODA Sodium hydroxide or caustic soda is a white solid substance with the chemical formula NaOH and it is obtained through the process of electrolysis of sodium chloride soluble in the electrolytic containers. It is called caustic soda because it is highly corrosive in nature. It is available in many forms in the industry, and the most common forms are caustic soda flakes and caustic soda pearls. Sodium hydroxide as a strong base, is considered from one of the most important industrial chemicals and strong absorbent of moisture. It is mostly traded as an aqueous solution, typically concentrated to 50%, but many other concentrations are commercially available depending on the application of the compound. Caustic soda is also traded as concentrate solid pellets, flakes or bulk fused (about 98% concentration). Any solutions are also called “soda lye” which are milky white to yellowish-brown coloured liquids. Pure sodium hydroxide is a colorless crystalline solid that melts at 318 °C without decomposition. It is highly soluble in water, with a lower solubility in polar solvents such as ethanol and methanol. NaOH is insoluble in ether and other non-polar solvents.

Aluminum Ingot

Aluminum ingots is non-ferrous product that is produced by pouring molten aluminum into special molds. These molds come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and the ingots created by this variety have different types in appearance. Today, aluminum is the second most widely used metal in the world after iron. The widespread use of this metal in various industries has led to special attention to its identification and extraction from existing mines in the country. Product Aluminium Ingot % 99.84 Purity and % 99.77 Purity Packing 1,000 Pound Sow and 50 Pound Ingot (Two types)

Steel Rebar

Reinforcing steel typically consists of carbon steel, which is hot rolled with deformation patterns (The ribbed profiles you see on the rebar and wire), allowing for a stronger bond to the concrete. The steel bars and mesh are produced from iron ore and recycled steel in different steel mills around the world. While iron ore is an excellent material, using recycling steel is more energy efficient and has other benefits like reduced pollution and exhaustion of natural resources. Steel Rebar Packing A2 & A3/Unfolded / Straight Bundles weighing up to 2 Metric Tons and lengths ranging from 6 Meters up to 24 Meters

Bitumen

Bitumen is a hydrocarbon material with high viscosity and colloidal structure, and black to dark brown color and is completely dissolvable in Carbon Disulfide and Carbon Tetrachloride. Being impenetrable to moisture and water, electrical insulation, elasticity, moderate resistance against acids, bases and salts and adhesion to other materials are the most important features of bitumen. The most production type of bitumen in the world is petroleum bitumen which is obtained from crude oil distillation and they are classified based on Penetration Grade (standard ASTM-D5). The vast majority of bitumen is used by the construction industry, as a constituent of products used in paving and roofing. Excellent waterproofing characteristics and thermoplastic behavior make it ideal for a wide range of applications. At elevated temperatures (typically between 100 and 200 °C) it acts like a viscous liquid and can be mixed with other components and manipulated and formed as required. Once cooled, it is an inert solid that is durable and hydrophobic (repels water). Bitumen grades can be classified as follows: • Penetration Bitumen (30-40, 40-50, 60-70, 85-100, 80-100) • Viscosity Grade (VG-10, VG-20, VG-30, VG-40) • Cutback Bitumen (Rapid-Curing, Medium-Curing, Slow-Curing) • Emulsion Bitumen (CRS, CMS, CSS) • Oxidized Bitumen (75/30, 85/25, 85/40, 95/25, 105/35, 115/15) • Modified Bitumen Available packings are: • Bulk • New steel drum : 150kg, 180kg and 220kg • Jumbo bag : 1000kg, 500kg and 300kg

Diesel D2

DIESEL FUEL (GAS OIL) D2 Diesel fuel is produced from various sources, the most common being petroleum. Other sources include biomass, animal fat, biogas, natural gas, and coal liquefaction. Petroleum diesel, also called petrodiesel is the most common type of diesel fuel. It is produced from the fractional distillation of crude oil between 200 °C (392 °F) and 350 °C (662 °F) at atmospheric pressure, resulting in a mixture of carbon chains that typically contain between 8 and 21 carbon atoms per molecule.
